Arrival & Parking
- Check-in Method: Keyless self check-in via Smart Lock. Digital keypad code generated and sent 2 hours before arrival.
- Parking Allocation: 1 dedicated indoor resident parking bay included free (Level 2, Slot #142). Clear signage from entrance.
- Visitor Parking: Paid visitor parking available in the multi-level garage at RM 2 per hour.
- Check-in / Out: Check-in from 3:00 PM onwards. Check-out by 12:00 PM.
Booking Policies
- Security Deposit: RM 200 security deposit is required to secure your booking date. Refunded via bank transfer within 24 hours of check-out.
- Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation (100% deposit refund) up to 7 days before check-in. 50% refund for 3-7 days. Non-refundable within 3 days.
- Payment Methods: Instant Bank Transfer (DuitNow QR), Touch 'n Go eWallet, and credit cards.
