Pool
Is the pool private?
Yes. The pool is for your group only during your booking. Children must be supervised at all times. Pool rules apply.
Stay
How many people can stay overnight?
Up to 6 guests comfortably across 2 bedrooms. Please declare your total guest count when inquiring.
Event
Can we do a family day or BBQ gathering?
Yes. Family day and BBQ gatherings can be arranged for up to 30 pax. Please declare event use and pax before confirmation so we can advise the correct rate and rules.
What events can be held here?
Birthday parties, engagement ceremonies, akad nikah, family luncheons, small corporate retreats, and BBQ gatherings. All events must be declared before booking confirmation.
Booking
How do I check availability?
Choose your date, pax, and purpose then send a WhatsApp inquiry. The owner will confirm availability and rate by WhatsApp.
Is a deposit required?
Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposit amount and payment method will be confirmed by the owner after availability is confirmed.
Parking
How many cars can park here?
Up to 3 cars in the compound. Additional parking may be available nearby. Please confirm when inquiring.
Location
Where exactly is the property?
The property is located in Banting, Selangor, near Pantai Morib. The exact address and gate photo will be sent after booking is confirmed.
House rules
To keep the space comfortable and safe for all guests, please follow the house, pool, and event rules. If you are planning an event, please declare it before confirmation.

- — Cancellation and refund policy applies depending on timing.
- — No open fire or fireworks without prior approval.
- — Respect neighbours. Keep noise at a comfortable level after 11 PM.
Pool rules
The private pool is a key feature of the property. For the safety of all guests:

- — No running on pool deck
- — Pool hours: 7 AM – 11 PM
- — No outside guests without prior arrangement
